DYE SUBLIMATION
Dye Sublimation is a digital printing process that transfers specialty CMYK ink onto polyester and polyester-coated garments and materials using a heat press. Commonly used for decorating t-shirts, dye sublimation can also be used for signs. banners, cell phone covers, plaques, coffee mugs, mouse mats, skinny tumblers, puzzles. and other items with sublimation-friendly surfaces.
The dye sublimation process is nearly permanent. The ink is infused into the garment at the molecular level, meaning the ink bonds with the fibers of garments. The prints will not crack, fade, or peel from the garments under normal wear. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image. Colors can be extraordinarily vibrant due to the bonding of the dye to the transparent fibers of the garment.
Dye Sublimation has the ability to print just one single shirt for minimal cost. There are no order minimums for sublimation printing and no color limits. We only use white 100% polyester t-shirt for printing dye sublimation.
