EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of purchase. After the 30-day period, we will not approve any exchanges under any circumstances.

Any item returned for a possible exchange must be in unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

All exchanges must have the original printed packing invoice/slip.

Exchanges will be inspected for approval upon receipt.

Customers will receive an email notification verifying that we have received the returned item and shipment of approved newly exchanged item(s).

Customers are responsible for shipping exchange item(s) to I Dews Kustomz and shipping charges for newly exchanged item(s).

We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. No sale items will be exchanged.
