SCREEN PRINTING

Screen Printing is an old but very effective technique for printing on garments such as t-shirts and hoodies. The ink is pressed onto the garment using a synthetic thread mesh screen. The screen is coated with a light sensitive glue called emulsion that is used to form a stencil of a design. Multiple screens are required for colorful designs. Screen-printed designs are extremely durable and can last more than 100+ washes.

We require a thirty-six (36) piece minimum order for screen printing. Due to the process of setting up screen-printed orders, currently we print no more than two (2) color designs. Dark color garments require a white under base in order to help with color vibrancy. White under base does NOT cost extra.
